Zero Tolerance Policy
SOSANA strictly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). We maintain zero tolerance for any activity that harms, exploits, or endangers children.
1. Explicit Prohibition of CSAE and CSAM
SOSANA prohibits all users, creators, and participants from using our application, website, or associated services to store, share, generate, transmit, facilitate, or promote:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE) content in any format.
- Sextortion, grooming, or child exploitation behaviors.
- Solicitation of sexual content involving minors.
- Depictions of non-consensual sexual content involving minors.
2. Dedicated Point of Contact for Child Safety
We maintain a dedicated, active team to respond promptly to reports regarding child safety, exploitation, and abuse material:

3. In-App User Reporting Mechanism
SOSANA provides in-app reporting tools allowing users to flag posts, direct messages, comments, media, or profiles. When a report is submitted under child safety categories:
- The flagged content is immediately queued for high-priority emergency review.
- The reported content is hidden from view while under review.
- Users can report content directly using the report option available on any post, comment, or user profile within the app.
4. Method for Addressing & Removing CSAM
Upon detection or receipt of a CSAM/CSAE notification, SOSANA enforces the following protocol:
- Immediate Content Removal: All reported CSAM/CSAE media and content are immediately deleted and removed from the platform.
- Permanent Account Termination: The associated user account is permanently terminated and banned from registering new accounts.
- Reporting to Law Enforcement: SOSANA complies with mandatory reporting requirements. Reports and relevant identifiers are reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate legal authorities.
5. Legal Compliance
SOSANA strictly complies with all local, national, and international child protection laws, including the 18 U.S.C. § 2258A (Mandatory reporting of child sexual abuse material) and Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.
