These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the SOSANA website and platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Platform. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Platform Services

The Platform may provide access to crypto-related content and community features, nomination and voting on digital asset projects, interaction with digital tokens, and membership and governance participation. All services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

3. No Investment Advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice; an offer to sell or solicit securities; or a recommendation to invest. Digital assets are highly volatile and may result in total loss.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your accounts and wallets, and use the Platform lawfully.

SOSANA is a non-custodial platform. We do not store or control your wallets, private keys, seed phrases, or digital assets. Never share your private keys, seed phrases, or passwords with anyone — including SOSANA. Any loss of wallet access will result in permanent and irreversible loss of assets and rewards.

5. Nominations & Voting

Participation does not grant ownership or securities rights, is advisory unless otherwise stated, and may be modified, suspended, or disregarded at our discretion.

6. Affiliate Logic & Rewards

Affiliate relationships and rewards are determined by blockchain-based logic. Lost or inaccessible wallets result in permanent forfeiture of associated rewards.

7. Finality of On-Chain Actions

All blockchain transactions and states are final and cannot be reversed or modified.

8. Digital Assets & Transactions

Transactions are irreversible, values may fluctuate or become worthless, and regulatory treatment may change.

9. Fees

All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You may not violate applicable laws, use unauthorized automation, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt Platform operations.

11. Disclaimers

Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SOSANA makes no representations regarding accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOSANA is not liable for financial loss, wallet compromise, data loss, service interruptions, or third-party actions. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the past twelve (12) months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SOSANA from any claims arising from your use of the Platform.

14. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. Venue: Sheridan, Wyoming. Class actions are waived.

15. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated at any time.

16. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming.
